Private Yoga Class

お好きな時間と場所（ご自宅、公園、公民館、など）をお選びいただき、私どもがそちらへ伺います。

お一人、お友達、ご家族だけのプライベートヨガクラスが受けられます。

それぞれのレベルに合わせカスタマイズされた内容と、スタジオのクラスではなかなかうけられない細かい指導が受けられるのが特徴です。

レッスン料：　（60分）　グループの人数によって一人当たりのレッスン料が異なります。

The class will be taught with detailed explanation, demonstartion and adjustments to help you with deeper understanding of your body and the yoga practice.

The classes are all private; therefore, we will come to your home or wherever you would like to take the lessons - like in a park!

You can also arrange the time and the day to suite your schedule!! Bring your friends, family, your partner, or get the full attention by taking the class by yourself..

Lesson fee: (60mins) The lesson fee are varied depending on the number of people in a class.
